Justin Vineyards & Winery is one of Paso Robles’ most recognized wine estates, founded in 1981 by Justin Baldwin. At that time, Paso Robles was still emerging as a serious wine region, and Baldwin was among the pioneers who believed its limestone-rich soils and varied microclimates could rival those of Europe for producing world-class Bordeaux-style wines.

From the start, Justin focused on Cabernet Sauvignon and Bordeaux blends, with an emphasis on balance, structure, and age-worthiness. The winery’s flagship wine, Isosceles, quickly became a benchmark for Paso Robles, showcasing the potential of the region with a blend dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon, supported by Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Over the years, Isosceles has earned critical acclaim and helped put Paso Robles on the map internationally.

Justin’s portfolio also includes varietals like Syrah, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay, but Cabernet Sauvignon remains its backbone. Estate vineyards are managed with meticulous attention, and winemaking practices combine modern precision with a respect for traditional methods to craft wines that are powerful yet refined.
