Justin - Cabernet Sauvignon Paso Robles 2020 is produced in California with fruit sourced from vineyards selected for balance and varietal clarity. Hand harvesting and small‑lot vinification allow careful control of fermentations, with an emphasis on clean extraction and preservation of fruit integrity.

Fermentation is conducted in stainless steel or small open‑top tanks, depending on the varietal, with pump‑overs or punch‑downs managed to achieve structure without harshness. Aging takes place in a mix of French and American oak barrels, where time in wood refines texture and brings added complexity without masking the grape’s natural profile.

Each vintage reflects a commitment to sustainable vineyard practices and precise cellar work, yielding a wine that stands as a faithful expression of both varietal and region.

Justin Vineyards & Winery

Justin Vineyards & Winery is one of Paso Robles’ most recognized wine estates, founded in 1981 by Justin Baldwin. At that time, Paso Robles was still emerging as a serious wine region, and Baldwin was among the pioneers who believed its limestone-rich soils and varied microclimates could rival those of Europe for producing world-class Bordeaux-style wines.

From the start, Justin focused on Cabernet Sauvignon and Bordeaux blends, with an emphasis on balance, structure, and age-worthiness. The winery’s flagship wine, Isosceles, quickly became a benchmark for Paso Robles, showcasing the potential of the region with a blend dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon, supported by Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Over the years, Isosceles has earned critical acclaim and helped put Paso Robles on the map internationally.

Justin’s portfolio also includes varietals like Syrah, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay, but Cabernet Sauvignon remains its backbone. Estate vineyards are managed with meticulous attention, and winemaking practices combine modern precision with a respect for traditional methods to craft wines that are powerful yet refined.

Beyond the wines, Justin developed into a full luxury experience with a renowned restaurant, inn, and hospitality program on its estate, making it a destination as much as a winery. Today, Justin stands as a symbol of Paso Robles’ rise in the global wine world, known for bold, polished reds and a philosophy that blends vision, place, and craftsmanship.
