Lobos 1707 Tequila Joven is made from 100% Blue Weber agave cultivated in Jalisco, harvested only when fully mature. Piñas are slow‑cooked to convert inulin into fermentable sugars, then crushed to release the sweet juice.

Fermentation proceeds in stainless steel tanks with natural or selected yeasts before the wash is distilled, typically twice, in copper pot stills or stainless steel columns. For reposado and añejo styles, the spirit rests in oak barrels, where it develops additional complexity while keeping agave character at the forefront.

Production is carried out with respect for tradition and modern quality standards, yielding a tequila that reflects discipline and heritage.

Lobos

Lobos is a brand of ultra-premium tequila and mezcal known for its unique aging process and a brand identity built on community and inclusion. The name "Lobos," which is Spanish for "wolves," refers to the brand's core philosophy of a "wolf pack" mentality, celebrating collaboration and shared success. The brand was founded by a team including basketball star LeBron James, who serves as a key investor and partner.

What sets Lobos apart is its meticulous and distinctive aging process. After distillation, the tequila is finished in Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry wine barrels. This method imparts a deep complexity and a smooth, mellow flavor profile that distinguishes it from other tequilas. The brand's portfolio includes a variety of expressions, from a young Joven to an aged Extra Añejo, all of which undergo this special finishing.

Lobos is positioned as a modern, luxury spirits brand that honors traditional techniques while embracing a new approach to aging. It has gained significant attention in the market for its smooth taste and its high-profile founder, appealing to both spirits connoisseurs and a new generation of drinkers.
